Examples of the little changes I make, could be ensuring I have something nutitious to eat (rather than a microwave-pizza), deciding to go to the gym (rather than watch another episode of that new show), heading out for a run, completing a lesson on Duolingo or choosing a book to read.
I’m trying to make a conscious effort to select reading materal that will be enjoyable but also get me thinking.
Thought-provoking material can sit with me and I can ruminate on its subject matter - I want to make a conscious effort to read books that have the potential to provide this, long after I have read the last page.
Within my pocket notebook, I have started to mark off these actions each day. Over time, I’m hoping by adding a little something extra into each day of my life, I become a better version of myself!
